IIAS, shimla is now a learning centre for post doctoral research scholars where around 50 scholars from all over d world r pursuing their research on Humanities and social science… It was established near about 200 years ago and it used to be Summer Capital of India in British Rule..Even after independence from 1947 to 1965 President of India used to live in this Building in Summers.. The partition of India was also decided in this historic building… and wat to say abt beauty of IIAS..it rendered me speechless..everything around there is as old as building itself and looks so majestic dat cant be explained here in words…better u have a look at sm of its pics…
